We charge a flat rate of $12.95 for all standard Australian deliveries and $20 express.
You will receive a tracking number for your order within 1-2 business days.

Yes we ship worldwide! International Shipping is charged at a flat rate of AUD$55.00
We typically use EMS for International orders via Australia Post.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to feel confident when purchasing from SMH so if you find your item is the wrong size or you are unhappy with it in any way, it can be returned for a credit voucher (excluding shipping costs) provided that it is returned to us in it’s original condition.
To be eligible to return for exchange, the following conditions must be met:

The item is unused, unworn and in brand new condition with all tags attached in its original garment bag.

You contact us within 5 days of receiving your order with a detailed reason for your return request. eg. "I chose the wrong size"

We receive your returned item within 14 days of being received by you.
To complete your application for return please first email hello@steelemyhart.au with details of your request including photos of any faults.
All return shipping costs are payable by you unless the item is faulty.
Please note: Paying via Afterpay makes applying for a refund a very lengthy & difficult process. Therefore we only offer exchange or store credit for any Afterpay transactions.
